This happens at least once a week nowadays.
A bad loss sets the Pittsburgh Penguins back, and we all say “well, it’s over,” and then in the next game they show up and win, and we all become the famous meme.
But this time is different.
There is no masculine urge to say “we’re back” 20 minutes after saying “it’s over.” This loss truly was the end for this Penguins team.
All of this team’s weaknesses joined hands to showcase exactly why this Penguins team is where they are, and why they will not make the playoffs.
