The Tristan Jarry era is over.
Just a few hours after making his final start in net for the Pittsburgh Penguins, Jarry is on his way north of the border. On Friday morning, the Pittsburgh Penguins traded their often embattled goaltender to the Edmonton Oilers in a five-asset deal.
Tagging along with Jarry up north is Sam Poulin, a former first round pick by the Penguins in 2019. Poulin, 24, was never able to truly break into the NHL with the Penguins. He has just 15 NHL games to his name, with two assists to show for it. He played a pair of games for the Penguins this back in November.
